UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING ENFORCEMENT - CUES ON COMPLIANCE

A new SW&M article in the CUES On Compliance online column (On Compliance: Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement) outlines the requirements of last fall’s regulations for the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. These regulations will require credit unions to develop policies to stop certain internet gambling transactions from occurring, and will require particular attention from credit unions with business accounts.
