Areas of Practice: Mr. Adler's representation of the firm's clients focuses on credit union regulatory matters, personnel matters, accounting issues, complex non-qualified retirement plan matters and mergers. Mr. Adler's experience, combined with his credit union specific legal and accounting knowledge, has proven to be a very valuable resource in successfully resolving numerous credit union matters. Education: Mr. Adler received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in accounting. Mr. Adler attended Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, graduating in 1986. Professional & Association Memberships: State Bar of California Biography: Prior to attending law school, he was admitted to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in California with the accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (CPA-inactive). After being admitted to the California bar, he associated with the firm of Styskal, Wiese & Melchione and became a partner in 1988. Mr. Adler is licensed to practice before the California Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Tax Court. |
