Areas of Practice: Mr. Oppelt's representation of firm clients primarily focuses on corporate governance, director and officer duties, mergers and conversion, contract review, credit union regulatory matters and crisis management. Mr. Oppelt's practice also includes legal publishing, legal scholarship and advocacy for the credit union industry. Education: Mr. Oppelt received his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia where he majored in Philosophy and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif in 2007. While at Loyola Law School, Mr. Oppelt was the Chief Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
