Areas of Practice: Ms. Pascua's representation of the firm's clients primarily focuses on general contract drafting and negotiation, e-commerce matters, trademark, privacy laws, insurance coverage issues, litigation matters, and regulatory compliance. Special focus areas include drafting and updating consumer deposit account and loan documentation (such as Truth-in-Savings, Electronic Fund Transfer Act/Regulation E and Truth-in-Lending/Regulation Z disclosures), assisting clients in resolving complicated member account issues, and representing clients selling their credit card portfolios. Education: Ms. Pascua received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California at Irvine. She attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she graduated in May, 2001. She was admitted to the California bar in 2001, and is licensed to practice before the California Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Central District.
